Any natural cure for Bacterial Vaginosis?

I need help!!! I have battled continuously with horrible BV for almost 6 years. I just don’t know what to do. I am so stressed and embarrassed. I have fishy odor and discharge (and it’s getting much worse after sex). I have taken antibiotics for the past 2 years, but it doesn’t help me…

Any one had any affective home remedies for Bacterial Vaginosis?

Please help me. Thank you all for your time

It’s not really a "home remedy" but there is an over-the-counter product called RepHresh. It is a gel that adjusts the vaginal pH to what it should be to optimize growth of "good bugs" and inhibit growth of other bacteria and yeast.. It has worked wonders for me. You can get it in the feminine health aisle in most pharmacies.

I had recurring problems, used lots of different antibiotics and antibiotic gels. It would always come back. This completely eliminated the problem with continued use. I use it about 2 times a month, or whenever I feel a little "unfreshness"coming on.

If you’ve been on antibiotics for two entire years, your body is probably completely shot. Not only do antibiotics kill bacteria in your body that make you sick, they kill the bacteria that regulate your digestive system and are NECESSARY for digestive health. The antibiotics could very well be the cause of your problem. Go off the antibiotics, start eating a yogurt with live cultures in it like Activia to repopulate your system, and drink cranberry and pomegranate juices to help with the infection. If that doesn’t clear it up, you should really talk to a doctor about other treatments.

Bacterial vaginosis can cause a lot of stress and embarrassment, I certainly know what you are going through (I have suffered too…). You should know that BV is caused by an imbalance of naturally occurring bacterial flora. Antibiotics only make things worse- since it violates this balance even more. There are natural cures for Bacterial vaginosis and some of them are more effective than other. I cured my BV naturally and you can do the same. Good luck
