Can you get bacterial vaginosis if you are NOT having sex?

I am a virgin,
but I have been researching, and I have all the symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, could it still be this or something else, because i heard it was an STD…

You can’t get an STD if you are not having sex! So it might be something else, plus you only get bacterial vaginosis if you DO have sex. It’s impossible to get it if you are not having sex at all, cause having sex will cause you to get BV.

Yes any women in her fertile years can contract bv.

It is NOOOOT an STD.
