Doctor checks you for Bacterial Vaginosis?

I think I might have Bacterial Vaginosis because I keep getting white discharge even before and after my period and it wont go away. I have also been getting bad cramps. But, I just wanted to know if I go to the doctor, will they have to check me down there? Hopefully they dont because it would be so uncomfortable.

The doctor will most likely check you down there. It’s uncomfortable but every woman has to go through something like that at some point in their lives. Not to mention regular pelvic exams and pap smears.

It might be uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as Bacterial Vaginosis. And it only lasts for 5 minutes.
