How is Bacterial Vaginosis diagnosed? Can you buy medication for it OTC?
I think I have it but don’t really want to go to the doctor as I would be WAY too embarrassed to have them swab me "down there". Can they prescribe you antibiotics without having to, uh, look too closely? Is there anything you can buy over the counter which will help?

They have to take a swab test unless it’s obvious. No, you can’t buy OTC for BV. See a doctor. It’s part of growing up and being mature.
