Over the counter remedies for bacterial vaginosis?

Is there anything I can do to cure my bacterial infection without having to go to the doctor again. I’m really tired of getting pelvic exams for this crap!

You can try eating more yogurt or taking acidophilus capsules; don’t douche or take long tub baths and make sure you wear cotton underwear. Eat a good balanced diet without a lot of refined carbs.
You still may end up needing a prescription treatment but these ideas may help keep future episodes away.

Try tea-tree oil products like FemiGel. That might sooth the area.

You can also crush up an antacid tablet and try adding that to lower the acidity down there.

No, you need antibiotics prescribed by a doctor to cure a bacterial infection. Always take the entire course of medication. If you don’t, remaining bacteria could spread and cause more problems. If you take the entire course of medication, and still get infections frequently, talk to your doctor to see if you can find out why.
