What can I do about Reoccurring Bacterial Vaginosis?

I have been treated several times in the last year for BV. And after every treatment I get it back about a month later. I am heading back to the doctors AGAIN this month. If anyone has some insight, please fill me in. My doctor seems just as confused. I have actually seen two Drs about this! None of the typical casues apply to me. And I am not fond of yogurt, but if it helps I will try it!

I made an acquaintance on line with a lady who had been going through similar problems for the longest time. She was so confused and frustrated as I’m sure you are.

I told her about the benefits and reasons behind taking Probiotics along with any Antibiotic prescribed by her doctor.

She started the Probiotics and within days she was feeling better. There was also no reoccurence for as long as we corresponded.

Stay on the Probiotics for a couple months after finishing the Antibiotic protocol it won’t hurt you.

Here is a link to a webpage from the NY Times explaining more about Probiotics.

Hope this helps
